powercash card

The powercash card is a member of the Visa Prepaid family of cards, meaning it only works after you "pre-pay" or "load" money onto it. Once there is money on the card, it can be spent anywhere Visa Debit cards are accepted. You may also withdraw money at Cirrus and Star ATMs and use it to buy goods at stores where Star PIN transactions are accepted.
